All content, source code, software, designs, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel," and arrangement of such Content contained on this Platform is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to FarmItAll™ Pro, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights.

Trademark Notice

The following are trademarks of FarmItAll™ Pro:

  • FarmItAll™ — the FarmItAll word mark
  • FarmItAll Pro™ — the FarmItAll Pro word mark
  • The FarmItAll Pro logo and associated design marks

These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FarmItAll™ Pro. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

Note: Trademark registration applications may be pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights regardless of registration status.

Proprietary Technology

The Platform contains proprietary methods, processes, algorithms, and trade secrets developed by FarmItAll™ Pro, including but not limited to:

  • Multi-tenant farm operations management architecture
  • AI-powered farm insights, predictions, and reporting
  • Lot tracking, traceability, and FIFO inventory algorithms
  • Automated production scheduling and workflow systems
  • Integrated point-of-sale, e-commerce, and partnership systems

Reverse engineering, decompilation, or any attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

FarmItAll™ Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Platform infringes upon your copyright, please send a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

To report unauthorized use of FarmItAll™ Pro trademarks, copyrighted material, or proprietary technology, please contact us through your account administrator or the in-app support channel. We take infringement seriously and will investigate all credible reports.
